Huaguan established a fabric-exploiter centre, realizing a process from choice of material, weaving, dyeing to finishing. Huaguan also took part in the "FABRICS CHINA Project" launched by National Textile Exploiter Center and China Textile Info Center, and was appraised as pop fabrics producer.
