Huaguan established a fabric-exploiter centre, realizing a process from choice of material, weaving, dyeing to finishing. Huaguan also took part in the "FABRICS CHINA Project" launched by National Textile Exploiter Center and China Textile Info Center, and was appraised as pop fabrics producer. Tens of fabrics entered "Pop fabrics".
We choose common chemical fibers like polyester, nylon, viscose, etc, and also pop ***ndex, micro fiber and exo-friendly fiber like Modal on the choice of materials. and our techniques of process cover from glazing, embossing, napping and printing, to embroidering, laser embossing, foiling and patching. Some special finishing techniques as sanding, coating, and conjunction make fabrics more function and practicability. Thus, our fabrics can be used to produce leisure and business wears, shirts, trousers, dust coats, down clothes and jackets.
